The weather out side is frightful, there is a little exercise removing snow and a 2 1/2 mile walk indoors and walking on my job and over 11,000 steps before the day is through. Yesterday I had a thirty minute + workout with dumbbells and resistant bands and a total gym routine. I threw in some push ups and crunches and I had a total body workout. Winter we don't have to hibernate.
My sleep at night has really improved over the last six months. I am experiencing more hours of continuous sleep. The overall effects of walking and strength training has renewed my hope for over all health.
My grandson is cute as a button. My older grandsons have made me very proud in some of their decisions they have made spiritually and goals for their lives. My own goals in the coming years are moved by their examples.
