Websites to promote improved mobility

Here are a couple websites that has sit workouts For either seniors who become sedimentary, or recovering from surgery or injury. And actually that can be applied when you're younger and have some type of injury where you are restricted. I know several people who may because of their overweight or aging. Have a harder time walking. If you were healthy, But have a loved one who is older and needs to move a little bit to improve their daily life. The following websites may give you some ideas to help. To relate to the workouts try doing them yourself and see what muscles they are working. I found doing the exercises particularly worked on my right side, where my right leg is weaker due to my cerebral palsy. I could feel the muscles working in the hip and core muscles. One of the websites, does the moon move slower. The other two workouts one is more aerobic, and the other is probably meant for somebody who, for some reason has to be restricted as they recover. As you go through the work out, you can see the steps up to 500 not bad for an eight minute video. Finding a way to keep moving

Even before I came to the hospital I was starting to research chair exercises for seniors. There are times When everybody is recovering from something where they have to be more sedimentary. When everybody is recovering from something where they have to be more sedimentary. I was looking at it from the point of you of of adding one more activity besides biking on my recumbent. I saw the potential to do a movements that would help develop my core and balance stabilizing muscles. In the last couple of years I've been trying to do many things to reduce the number of falls that I take. Having cerebral palsy it's almost a given.. Having cerebral palsy it's almost a given. Most of my life I did a lot of walking and working out playing sports and but within the last couple years I've had some injuries that have made it hard to do these things so you have to come up with a new game plan but I think that many people when they get older have to do the same thing. And this type of exercise I believe can help us with the quality of life that we live as we get older. But the potential of this type of exercise can help anybody who's for some reason Yes start over. There are benefits chair exercises improve circulation and help with flexibility and they have even a cardiovascular benefit especially for those who are older and just about every kind of vibe benefit that she would get from other types of strategies the same holds true with the chair exercises. so if for some reason you become more sedimentary look into this I think it would encourage you. I believe if you do a good program of step exercises it can be like doing 1000 steps. But there's more to it than that because you're working muscles that you need and you can add resistant draining to it And flexibility so as I do more research on this I'll try to share more benefits that come from it and it's one way to keep walking. If and flexibility so as I do more research on this I'll try to share more benefits that come from it and it's one way to keep walking. If you learn about it and somehow the Lord blesses you with a long life I think you will find a need for it as you move into your senior year so your elderly years and we all want to have a good day you know with the days that we have left so keep walking
