Online workout videos

I will add to this page as I find links. Do you have days where for what ever reason I didn't get you walk or workout in. These aree workouts you can do to unwind. Later at night take a indoor walk and stretch and relax afterwards. Most fitness people tell us to exercise 3 hours before bed time, but if I have been really sedamentry that day, this walk helps me to unwind. Moving is better for us than not moving.
