Walking at work I am lucky to have such a wonderful; building to walk in. Built in 4 or 5 different times over the last 110 years it is a perfect place to walk lots of steps. At work you can find ways on the job to increase steps and before you know it you can walk thousands of steps.Urban walkers can walk more than their suburban cousins. Keep walking
